Joshua H. Klapper
Joshua H. Klapper, born in New York City in 1953, is a 1977 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of Conscience, Hofstra Law School's news publication. Prior to forming Klapper & Fass to focus on New York debt collection, Mr. Klapper was an attorney with the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP). Thereafter, he was a member of the firm of Klapper & Rosen. Mr. Klapper is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a member of the Washington, D.C. Bar. Mr. Klapper has extensive experience in commercial litigation, including commercial landlord-tenant, real estate, advertising, public relations and general corporate matters.
Over thirty-five years of experience in commercial litigation including commercial debt collection, commercial landlord-tenant, real estate, advertising and public relations. Extensive experience in general corporate matters, including restrictive covenants, non-disclosure and trade secret agreements.
